The Challenges

Before they started working with Conversion Engine, 24.7hunt was relying solely on limited new drops to grow sales. Challenges they faced included:

Strategy & Solutions

The first thing we did for 24.7hunt was to study their brand, their products, and the competitive landscape. We used our research to build out Customer Avatars to make sure we thoroughly understood their target market. We then created a Marketing & Paid Ads Strategy we could use to immediately start getting more consistent sales, and we were able to get a 10.55 ROAS right out of the gate. After that, we worked on a strategy to scale sales and were able to grow their sales 38% in the first 6 months with limited inventory available. The strategies we used include:

  • Growth Strategy: The first thing we did for 24.7hunt was to develop Growth Strategy & Plan to map out their growth. This included conducting break-even analysis and ROAS target setting to know when we had room to profitably scale and grow.
  • Meta Ads Management: We also developed a Meta Ad Management Strategy to grow sales that included a combination of Advantage+ Shopping campaigns alongside CBO Bid Cap growth strategies.
  • Inventory & Demand Planning: In addition, we also helped 24.7hunt with their inventory and demand planning so that we have room to grow sales even more.
